Hello! We’re Preston & Sarah Lowder – Owners & Founders of Lowder Baking Company and Doc's Sandwich Shop & Deli. We're both Shreveport, Louisiana natives, and we began Lowder Baking Company by making Lowder King Cakes from our home kitchen for family and friends during Mardi Gras seasons. We grew over the years, and then decided to take a leap of faith. We quit our full-time jobs and opened up our first bakery storefront in January 2019.
