What to expect:
Doors will open at 5:30pm, we will start right at 5:45pm to allow for enough time to create and bake your creation! Please plan to arrive a few minutes early – there will be heavy snacks (Doc’s Sandwich Trays) and drinks (wine & non-alcohol options). Grab your friends, or enjoy a date night! Attendees must be 12 years or older. One ticket admits one attendee. Classes can sometimes run late, but we try our best to finish around 8:00pm!
NEW CLASS for 2025! Hands on experience! Led by Head Baker & Owner, Preston Lowder. You will learn how to make egg-rich brioche dough from scratch - you will learn how to make and assemble brioche burger buns and other brioche techniques - and you’ll get to take home your fresh baked creations!
