What to expect:
Doors open at 5:30pm, we will start right at 5:45pm to allow for enough time to proof and bake your creation! Please plan to arrive a few minutes early – there will be heavy snacks (Doc’s Sandwich Trays) and drinks (wine & non-alcohol options). Grab your friends, or enjoy a date night! Attendees must be 12 years or older. One ticket admits one attendee. Classes can sometimes run late, but we try our best to finish around 8:00pm!
Hands on experience! Led by Head Baker & Owner, Preston Lowder. You will learn how to shape pastry dough into four different varieties & bake your own Lowder Danishes - and you’ll get to take home your fresh baked creations! You will learn how to fill the pastries with different fresh fruits, cream cheese filling, and compotes from scratch - and icing and powdered sugar finishing techniques. Includes recipes for fillings and instructions on how to bake at home in the future. (You will leave with fresh baked pastries, AND frozen dough to be baked at home in the future).
