Lowder Bread Class: Intro to Croissants

What to expect:

Doors will open at 4:45pm, we will plan to start right at 5:00pm to allow for enough time to proof and bake your creation! Please plan to arrive a few minutes early - there will be heavy snacks (Doc's Sandwich Trays) and drinks (wine & non-alcohol options). Grab your friends, or enjoy a date night! Attendees must be 12 years or older. One ticket admits one attendee. Classes can sometimes run late, but we try our best to finish around 7:00pm!

Hands on experience! Led by Head Baker & Owner, Preston Lowder. You will learn how to mix, laminate, shape & bake your own croissants - and you’ll get to take home your fresh baked pastries! Learn how to shape and create classic croissants, chocolate croissants (pain au chocolat), and almond croissants, including recipe and instructions to bake at home in the future.

* Class registration may be cancelled/refunded up to one week before class date. Class registration may be cancelled and half-refunded up to 48 hours before class date. We cannot offer a refund within 48 hours of class. Tickets are transferable and you may transfer your ticket to another person at anytime. *
