What to expect:
Doors will open at 4:30pm, we will plan to start right at 4:45pm to allow for enough time to proof and bake your creation! Please plan to arrive a few minutes early - there will be heavy snacks (Doc's Sandwich Trays) and drinks (wine & non-alcohol options). Grab your friends, or enjoy a date night! Attendees must be 12 years or older. One ticket admits one attendee. Classes can sometimes run late, but we try our best to finish around 8:00pm!
Hands on experience! Led by Head Baker & Owner, Preston Lowder. You will learn how to mix, shape & bake your own Lowder Focaccia Bread - and you’ll get to take home your fresh baked bread! There will also be olive oil and balsamic vinegar pairings. You will learn about the history of Italian Focaccia bread, including recipe and instructions to bake at home in the future.
