What to expect:
Doors open at 5:30pm, we will start right at 5:45pm to allow for enough time to proof and bake your creation! Please plan to arrive a few minutes early - there will be heavy snacks (Doc's Sandwich Trays) and drinks (wine & non-alcohol options). Grab your friends, or enjoy a date night! Attendees must be 12 years or older. One ticket admits one attendee. Classes can sometimes run late, but we try our best to finish around 8:00pm!
Hands on experience! Led by Head Baker & Owner, Preston Lowder. You will learn how to mix, shape, score, & bake your own Lowder Sourdough Bread Loaf - and you’ll get to take home your fresh baked bread from the class! We will cover a brief history and science behind sourdough, and why it’s seen such a growth in popularity recently. You will also learn how to feed your sourdough starter – and you will take home a new starter, beginner pack including container, what to do with discard, recipes, and instructions to bake your sourdough at home in the future. Come learn the art of bread making!
