What to expect:
Doors will open at 5:30pm, we will start right at 5:45pm to allow for enough time to proof and bake your creation! Please plan to arrive a few minutes early – there will be heavy snacks (Doc’s Sandwich Trays) and drinks (wine & non-alcohol options). Grab your friends, or enjoy a date night! Attendees must be 12 years or older. One ticket admits one attendee. Classes can sometimes run late, but we try our best to finish around 8:00pm!
Hands on experience! Led by Head Baker & Owner, Preston Lowder. You will learn how to make a butter slab, laminate dough by hand, shape, & bake your own Lowder Croissants - and you’ll get to take home your fresh baked creations! You will learn how to make three varieties of Croissants – Classic, Chocolate “pain au chocolat”, & Almond. Includes instructions on how to bake your dough at home in the future. (You will leave with fresh baked croissants, AND frozen dough to be baked at home in the future).
* Class registration may be cancelled/refunded up to one week before class date. Class registration may be cancelled and half-refunded up to 48 hours before class date. We cannot offer a refund within 48 hours of class, but you may transfer your ticket to another person. *
