Lowder Bread Class: Italian Focaccia

What to expect:

Doors will open at 5:30pm, we will plan to start right at 5:45pm to allow for enough time to proof and bake your creation! Please plan to arrive a few minutes early - there will be heavy snacks (Doc's Sandwich Trays) and drinks (wine & non-alcohol options). Grab your friends, or enjoy a date night! Attendees must be 12 years or older. One ticket admits one attendee. Classes can sometimes run late, but we try our best to finish around 8:00pm!

Hands on experience! Led by Head Baker & Owner, Preston Lowder. You will learn how to mix, shape & bake your own Lowder Focaccia Bread - and you’ll get to take home your fresh baked bread! You will also get to decorate the top of your focaccia with fresh veggies, herbs, and more - creating your own pieces of edible art! You will learn about the history of Italian Focaccia bread, including recipe and instructions to bake at home in the future.
