What to expect:

Doors open at 4:30pm, we will start right at 4:45pm to allow for enough time to proof and bake your creation! Please plan to arrive a few minutes early – there will be heavy snacks (Doc’s Sandwich Trays) and drinks (wine & non-alcohol options). Grab your friends, or enjoy a date night! Attendees must be 12 years or older.

 

Hands on experience! Led by Head Baker & Owner, Preston Lowder. You will learn how to make a butter slab, laminate dough by hand, shape, & bake your own Lowder Croissants - and you’ll get to take home your fresh baked creations! You will learn how to make three varieties of  Croissants – Classic, Chocolate “pain au chocolat”, & Almond. Includes instructions on how to bake your dough at home in the future. (You will leave with fresh baked croissants, AND frozen dough to be baked at home in the future).
